Jerry Lee & Friends: An Evening With The King, The Killer & Cash at the Raue 06-29-2013

Saturday night's concert at the Raue in Crystal Lake was one of the best I have seen in some time. 
It was Jerry Lee & Friends which had Adam Lee as Johnny Cash, Lance Lipinsky as Jerry Lee Lewis, and Cody Ray Slaughter as Elvis Presley. 
These performers explore the origins of the 50's Rock & Roll pioneer Jerry Lee Lewis in  a one night only concert starring Lance Lipinsky from the Chicago cast of "Million Dollar Quartet." The performance showcased Rockabilly and Rock & Roll. Special guests Cody Slaughter of the National Touring Cast of "Million Dollar Quartet" who saluted Elvis Presley and Adam Lee who honored the Man in Black, Johnny Cash.

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers at Summerfest

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers rocked the Marcus Amphitheater at Summerfest Friday June 28th. Singing several are their hits the dudes had their fans standing, rockin' and singing as soon as they took the stage. Tom and the boys are one of my favorites. I take some video's with my IPhone so the view is not the best but the music is !!

First here's "My Neighbor's For The Night".  Amelia, who just got married three weeks ago. She's from Madison. She left her hubby home and came with her sister Hannah from Milwaukee, and her brother Ethan from Minneapolis. Amelia treated her sister and brother for standing up at her wedding. What a great gift!!!

Fleetwood Mac at the Allstate June 14,2013

Mick, Stevie, Lindsay, & John, "Fleetwood Mac" toured the Allstate Arena Friday June 14th performing several of their big hits along with a few new songs from their latest EP. The sold out crowd welcomed the group to the stage with a tremendous roar !!

Chicago Blues Fest in Grant Park Saturday 06-08-2013

First here were my "Neighbors For The Night", these blues dudes, John, Jim, & Danny, were getting ready for the Hawks game and took in some Blues before heading over to the United Center to bring the Blackhawks to victory.
