Chicago Blues Festival

Opening day for the 2010 Chicago Blues Festival and the spill over crowd from the Blackhawks Parade and Rally brought many Blues fans into Grant Park.

Dave Weld and the Imperial Flames opened at the Gibson Guitar Crossroads Stage.Check them out!

Then a walk over to Mississippi Juke Joint for some Blues by Grady Champion.

At the Front Porch Stage were Henry Gray and Andy Cornett.

My last stop was at the Blues Village Street Stage and Blues by Chris James, Patrick Rynn, and Rob Stone.

The Chicago Blackhawks Stanley Cup Parade drew about 2 million fans just to see these great athletes who have given Chicago it's first Stanley Cup in 41 years." The Rockin' Old Man" was one of them. Here's what I saw.
Some of the Fans.

And Phil Rogers from NBC5 chasing a kid in the "Cup".

Then "A Family That Loves The Hawks Together, Stays Together!"

Now let the Parade begin!! First some of the BlackHawk staff families.

Next came some of the radio and TV announcers and All Time Hawk Greats!! Bobby Hull, Stan Mikita, Tony Esposito, Dennis Savard, and a few other Hawk greats.

Then once the parade pasted, everybody started following it down the street.
